I live up north with my wife, daughter, and our whirlwind of a whippet, Morris.

Family. Friends. The outdoors. Travel. Days by the coast. A decent coffee and a good meal. The small, shared things that happens day-to-day. That’s what I love.

Photography is an art form and is something I’m passionate about outside of weddings, too. It’s not something that I switch off from. I’m drawn to interesting and unusual places as well as capturing people in them. Documenting and finding the art in the ordinary is part of my life as much as the work itself.

At weddings, what I'm really after is human connection: the energy in the room, the joy, the unguarded moments. Weddings are a piece of music with their own unique players, rhythms and cadence. The galleries I curate reflect that.
